Her experience spans executive recruitment, HR transformation and automation, complex employee matters, and trusted C-Suite advisory.

In 2025, Christine founded HRLadderBox to bring a more focused, sector-led approach to Executive Search and Strategic HR Advisory giving iGaming, FinTech and Tech companies access to exceptional global talent and senior HR expertise when they need it most.
