    Christine has partnered with startups and global organizations, aligning people strategies with business goals while navigating complex employee challenges. From building HR divisions from scratch to driving success during mergers and acquisitions across the US, EMEA, APAC and Africa, she’s developed deep expertise in executive recruitment, HR automation, and serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives.

    In 2025, she founded HRLadderBox to empower businesses build exceptional HR functions as well as attract and retain top talent.
